Your Role as a Primary LSA Will Include:
Supporting pupils in and out of the classroom with both learning and wellbeing
Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
Assisting teachers in delivering creative, accessible lessons
Being a consistent, caring presence who celebrates every child’s progress
What We’re Looking For:
A genuine passion for working with children
Confidence building respectful, supportive relationships with pupils and staff
Patience, positivity, and flexibility in the classroom
Previous experience in schools, nurseries, or youth work is welcome—but not essential
