We're searching for a sharp, proactive, detail-obsessed EA who’s ready to support senior leaders across the UK, US, and Middle East and help keep a high-performing team running like a Swiss watch.
This isn’t your average admin role. You’ll be juggling diaries, elevating internal operations, mentoring junior colleagues, supporting events, dabbling in marketing + compliance tasks, and playing a critical role in a business that thrives on pace, precision, and personality.
Responsibilities:
1. Keeping the management team on track with expert diary management, travel coordination and documentation mastery.
2. Owning and updating the company’s Salesforce platform like a CRM wizard.
3. Handling expenses + finance reporting support (we love someone organised with numbers!).
