About the Role
As a Trade Marketing Manager, you will be the key link between our brand and retailers. You will lead the execution of marketing initiatives, manage external agencies, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance shopper experience and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build strong relationships with retailers to support marketing communications and sales of Hisense.
* Manage daily retail account operations to optimize product listings, enhance shopper experience, and ensure accurate content through regular audits.
* Manage external creative and design agencies to deliver marketing, communication, and POS materials.
* Deliver training requirements and organize trade events to meet the needs of accounts.
* Execute promotional activities and sponsorship campaigns across channels to support the sales promotional plan.
* Work closely with Account Managers and Customer Marketing & Commercial teams to develop a trade marketing plan to elevate brand awareness and increase sales.
* Collaborate with Go-To-Market & Product Management teams to deliver seamless product launches across retail channels, including providing assets, messaging, and channel exposure.
* Conduct regular audits of the channel, category, and competitor activity to inform future decisions.
* Focus on measuring marketing impact, ROI, and synthesizing findings.
* Provide dashboard reporting and insights on marketing activities for internal stakeholders.
* Manage budgets, track annual spend, and scrutinize campaign costs.
* Perform other ad hoc tasks as needed.
Requirements:
* At least 4 years of marketing experience with a well-rounded approach to Brand, Retail, Product, and Digital Marketing.
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyze, report, and demonstrate ROI.
* Experience managing digital campaigns (banners, SEO, PPC, CRM, analytics, content management, social media) aimed at brand building and supporting sales.
* Proven ability to collaborate across departments and manage agency relationships.
