About The Job You're Considering
The XMO (Experience Management Office) Lead aims to manage experience data, including technical data that impacts end-user workflows and priorities for improvement. The User Experience Lead interacts with customers, Capgemini delivery teams, and executive stakeholders, ensuring a holistic, customer-centric view of end-user experience across multiple accounts. The role focuses on identifying business opportunities for enhanced end-user experience, driving service efficiencies through close management of the Business Value Manager (BVM) and account teams, and optimizing the quality and cost of Managed Services Operations.
Hybrid working: Your work location will vary between Company offices, client sites, and your home, depending on role needs. Note that 100% remote work is not available.
Successful candidates will undergo pre-employment checks including identity, nationality or immigration status, employment history for the past 3 years, and a criminal record check (Disclosure and Barring Service).
Your Role
* Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective, client-focused IT services.
* Understand and improve IT process performance for client and end-user services.
* Matrix leadership and governance support for BVMs to ensure consistent and optimal IT services from Capgemini and vendors.
* Utilize data analytics and process analysis to identify inefficiencies and drive improvements, including automation.
* Define Target Operating Models (TOMs) aligning with strategic business objectives across processes, technology, people, and governance.
* Align improvements with the long-term vision and continuous service improvement ethos.

Your Skills And Experience
* Experience with user experience concepts, XLA creation, and improvement.
* Expertise in data modeling, process modeling, data integration, and reporting tools.
* Strong communication and presentation skills for internal and client stakeholders.
* Preferred experience with client contracts and obligations.
* Lean Six Sigma and ITIL V4 qualifications are beneficial.
Your Security Clearance
To be appointed, you must obtain Security Check (SC) clearance, which requires residing in the UK for the past 5 years and meeting other criteria. The process involves questions about your residence and nationality, and some roles may be restricted to UK nationals.
