Clinical Negligence Solicitor – Leeds I am currently partnering with a highly regarded The Legal 500 ranked firm seeking to appoint a Clinical Negligence Associate Solicitor, ideally with birth injury experience as part of its continued strategic growth. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Associate looking to join a nationally recognised Healthcare Litigation team undertaking complex, high-value work within a genuinely supportive and progressive environment. The Role: You will manage your own caseload of complex Clinical Negligence matters, with a particular emphasis on birth injury and obstetric claims, alongside other serious and high-value cases including: Birth injury and cerebral palsy claims Obstetric negligence matters Misdiagnosis and delayed diagnosis claims Surgical error cases Failures in medical treatment and patient care You will work closely with experienced Partners and Senior Associates on sensitive, high-value litigation, while developing increased responsibility and profile within the team. There will also be scope to contribute to business development and the continued growth of the practice.
