About the Role
Lead development and deployment of manufacturing test solutions for next-generation AI accelerator silicon, spanning first-silicon bring-up to high-volume production.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain ATE test programs and manufacturing test content for advanced CMOS designs.
* Bring up first silicon on ATE: pattern debug, tester correlation, shmooing, and corner analysis.
* Test and margin high-speed interfaces (PCIe, LPDDR) and support package-level flows.
* Execute silicon characterization, failure analysis, and optimize yield, coverage, and test cost.
Requirements
* 5+ years semiconductor test engineering experience.
* Experience developing ATE test programs (Advantest 93K, Teradyne, or equivalent).
* Understanding of DFT methodologies: scan/ATPG, LBIST, MBIST, JTAG and memory test techniques.
* Experience debugging silicon issues and familiarity with advanced CMOS production testing.
