Key Responsibilities:
1. Technical Support: Collaborate with sales teams on technical inquiries and support engineering and quality teams as needed.
2. Manufacturing Coordination: Assist offshore manufacturing with technical order processing, costing, and custom MLCC (Multi-Layer Ceramic Capacitor) design.
3. Test Lab Development: Support test lab activities and innovate testing methodologies to collect data.
4. Product Development: Participate in product design, modification, and process development for new products.
5. Sample Management: Oversee manufacturing and evaluation of samples, including reporting.
6. Documentation: Create and maintain Application Notes, data sheets, and ensure catalog and web data are updated.
7. Test Equipment Management: Assist in sourcing, specifying, and executing lab testing for technical support.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:
* Proficiency in analog electronics and knowledge of discrete components.
* Ability to interpret customer circuit designs for component performance discussions.
* Educational background (BTEC, HNC, HND, or BS) in Electronics or Electrical Engineering, or relevant experience.
* Practical experience with electrical and electronic circuit testing.
* Strong data management skills with high accuracy.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Excellent technical writing and formatting skills.
