Practice Nurse – Corporate Onsite, Bupa EC3V 1PP – Permanent, full‑time, 40 hours a week. Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm.
We are seeking a dedicated Practice Nurse to work as part of a multi‑functional team on both internal and external levels, providing treatment for minor ailments and supporting the on‑site medical team.
Key Responsibilities
* Work as a Practice Nurse in an MDT within a busy Corporate Medical Centre.
* Assess and treat minor injuries and medical conditions in conjunction with the on‑site General Practitioner and liaise with them as required.
* Assist the on‑site first aid and security teams with first aid and emergency care.
* Provide immunisations and travel health advice.
* Contribute to employees' attendance by identifying the most appropriate treatments or onward referrals.
* Provide women’s health services, including cervical screening.
* Operate standard office and medical equipment such as defibrillators.
* Manage and maintain appropriate stock levels through ordering systems.
* Help ensure a safe work environment.
Qualifications
* Post‑registration experience (minimum 2 years UK experience), preferably in A&E or Primary Care + Adult RN.
* Broad clinical skills (e.g., venepuncture, travel vaccination, female health, micro‑suction).
* Good verbal and written communication skills, including report writing.
* Basic counselling and interpersonal skills.
* Presentation skills.
* Computer literate.
