The Care Manager will provide day-to-day leadership of Vine Livings home care operations, ensuring safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led delivery in line with CQC regulation, local authority requirements, and the organisations values and ambitions.
This role will take operational ownership of teams, care delivery, scheduling, governance, service improvement and compliance, while supporting culture change and service growth.

Person Specification
Essential
Proven experience as a Care Manager, Deputy Manager or similar leadership role in domiciliary care
Strong understanding of CQC regulation and inspection frameworks
Experience managing staff teams, rotas, performance and culture
Safeguarding knowledge and practical experience
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Competent using digital care systems, electronic MAR, rostering and reporting tools
Enhanced DBS clearance and suitable references
Full driving licence with access to a vehicle
Ability to lead confidently under pressure and solve problems independently
Desirable
Min Level 4 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (have or working towards L5 will be an advantage)
Experience turning around challenged/underperforming services
Track record in growth or service expansion
Experience working with commissioning teams and contract monitoring
