Job Description:
Our client is a small Supported Housing charity for Veterans. The charity has embarked on a Change Programme across its operations, making it an exciting time to join and add value as a Housing Manager.
Job Purpose:
Responsible to the Head of Housing for leading and managing the Housing Team in tenancy management services.
Ensure delivery of an excellent, customer-focused housing service to ex-Service personnel and their dependents, actively engaging tenants in decisions affecting service delivery.
Implement and monitor Health and Safety policies to ensure a safe environment, complying with legislative regulations.
Provide regular management information and reports on performance indicators.
Manage day-to-day property and tenancy services expenditure within budget.
Collaborate across teams to support housing management and the charity's objectives.

Person Specification:
Extensive housing management experience, preferably with local authorities or housing associations, especially in property and asset management.
Experience in managing staff and performance monitoring related to housing functions.
Knowledge of issues facing the ex-Service community, particularly Veterans with support needs.
