Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Internal Sales & Account Management professional. The role involves building and maintaining client relationships, providing excellent customer service, engaging in sales activities, working with the existing commercial team and managing accounts to ensure client satisfaction. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, identifying opportunities, managing internal CRM system and lead generation services to our clients.
Qualifications & Experience
* Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
* Sales and Sales Management experience, with a proven ability to achieve targets and develop strategic
* Demonstrated ability to build long-term relationships and manage accounts effectively.
* Self-motivated with excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
* Experience in bid & tender writing, or related industries is a plus.
* High work ethic is a non-negotiable
