Fletchers Office Locations: Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds, Bolton, Southport, Newcastle, Reading, Birmingham, Northampton, and Cambridge. This role requires presence in the North West at least once per week. Hybrid working available.
Reporting directly to the Group Chief Financial Officer, this senior leadership role will lead the FP&A function, delivering strategic insight, performance excellence, and financial discipline across the organisation.

Responsibilities
* Lead the FP&A function, providing clear, commercial insight to support growth, acquisition integration, and exit readiness.
* Partner with the Group CFO and Executive Committee to shape financial strategy, performance targets, and long‑term planning.
* Deliver high‑quality analysis, scenario modelling, and insight on revenue, WIP, profitability, and cash.
* Own budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
* Provide timely, insightful reporting to senior stakeholders.
* Identify risks and opportunities through deep analysis of financial and operational performance.
* Support integration of acquisitions into FP&A and reporting frameworks.
* Continuously improve FP&A processes, systems, and data quality, driving automation and best practice.
* Lead, develop, and inspire a high‑performing FP&A and Business Partnering team.
* Act as a trusted senior leader within Finance and a key deputy to the Group CFO.
* Champion financial governance, controls, and compliance, including adherence to Solicitors Accounts Rules.
Essential Skills & Experience
* Proven senior FP&A leadership experience within a complex, fast‑growing organisation.
* Strong commercial acumen with ability to translate data into clear, actionable insight.
* Extensive experience of budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling at group level.
* Demonstrated experience supporting growth initiatives, acquisitions, and integration activity.
* Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with experience at Executive and Board level.
* Track record of building, leading, and developing high‑performing finance teams.
* Strong systems and data capability with experience improving FP&A processes and automation.
* Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
* Experience within professional services or regulated environments (desirable).
