Primary School Teacher – Key Stage 1 (Full time, temporary)

Salary: £150–£220 per day
Education Personnel is delighted to be working with one of our partner primary schools in Nottingham to recruit a Key Stage 1 Teacher. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Key Stage 1 Teacher to join a school that places creativity and curiosity at the heart of early learning, supported by a recently developed Discovery Hub, a dedicated indoor learning space designed for hands-on exploration in science, art, and problem solving.

Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons across the Key Stage 1 curriculum
* Support pupils’ academic, emotional, and social development within a caring classroom environment
* Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of all learners and ensure progress for every child
* Use assessment to inform planning and provide constructive feedback to pupils and parents
* Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, colleagues, and families to promote pupil wellbeing and achievement
* Contribute to school initiatives, clubs, and activities that enrich the Key Stage 1 experience
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching in Key Stage 1
* Strong understanding of the Key Stage 1 curriculum and early learning goals
* Ability to plan creative, differentiated lessons that inspire curiosity and confidence
* Excellent classroom management and communication skills
* Commitment to inclusive practice and continuous professional growth
* Passion for helping young learners develop a love of learning from the very start
