We’re partnering with a well-established civil engineering contractor to find a meticulous and proactive Document Controller to join their growing team. This role has been created to support the continued expansion of their document control function, working alongside an experienced team to implement and standardise best practice across all projects.

What You’ll Do

Document Control & CDE Management

* Maintain and manage project documents in the Common Data Environment (CDE), following naming conventions and filing protocols
* Track document versions, approvals, and distribution
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure procedures are followed
* Monitor submissions and deadlines, and carry out regular audits
