Position Overview
The Digital Integration Specialist will play a pivotal role in bridging revenue, product, and execution teams through business automation, engineering support, and technical training. The role demands a high level of team interaction and hands-on technical support, particularly in integrating various digital tools and systems to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Automation
o Integrate marketing, CRM, and accounting systems.
o Utilize Office productivity tools, including MS Copilot (AI), to streamline workflows.
2. Engineering Support
o Implement PLM integration with Siemens Teamcenter and Innovmetric Data Loop.
o Set up and support networking infrastructure, including servers.
o Manage data and version control processes.
3. Training and Development
o Provide training to maximize team productivity.
o Serve as a technical liaison with suppliers, demonstrating and supporting the latest technology.
o Develop and update best practice usage guidelines for both internal and external customers.
o Support the execution team with customer demonstrations, benchmarks, training, and technical pre-sales support.
o Offer second-line support for troubleshooting and problem resolution.
Ancillary Responsibilities:

o Pre-sales support (primarily robot simulation and demos)
o Product Test / De-bug
o Delivery of new R&D programs

Qualifications
Essential:
* Graduate in a technical subject.
* Proficient in English.
* Valid driving license.
Desirable:
* Knowledge and experience of CAD/simulation software, particularly Siemens NX.
* Practical competence with both tools and computers.
* Good presentation skills.
