Experience:
Applicants must have more than 12 months sea time as Third Officer on VLCC.
Certification Requirements:

* Bridge Team Management
* Generic ECDIS
* Medical First Aid
* STCW Elementary First Aid
* STCW Prevention and Fire Fighting
* STCW Personal Safety and Social Responsibilities
* STCW Personal Survival Techniques
* STCW Prof. in Advanced Chemical Tanker Cargo Ops
* STCW Prof. in Advanced Oil Tanker Cargo Ops
* STCW Prof. in Basic Oil and Chemical Tanker Cargo Ops
* STCW Proficiency in Survival Craft and Rescue Boat
* STCW Seafarers with Designated Security Duties
* STCW Security Awareness
* US Visa
* Management level Oil DC
