This is a fantastic opportunity based at a large and vibrant holiday park, where you will take ownership of both the pool and wider activities operation, ensuring guests enjoy a safe, engaging, and memorable experience throughout their stay. The Role As Activities & Pool Manager, you will lead from the front, managing a busy and energetic leisure team while overseeing all aspects of the pool and activities operation. You will be responsible for delivering an outstanding guest experience, driving team performance, and ensuring all areas run safely, efficiently, and in line with company standards. The Purpose of the Role: Day-to-day management of all activities and pool operations Lead, motivate and develop the activities and leisure team Ensure a high standard of guest experience across all facilities Oversee pool operations, ensuring full compliance with health & safety regulations Manage rotas, staffing levels, and operational resources effectively Monitor team performance, providing coaching, feedback, and development Handle any guest queries or issues, ensuring quick and effective resolution Ensure all operational procedures, checks, and compliance standards are met Drive new ideas and initiatives to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Previous experience in a similar role such as Activities Manager, Leisure Manager, or Pool Manager Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams PPO & SPTO qualifications (essential) Excellent organisational and communication skills A passion for delivering outstanding customer service Strong understanding of health and safety within a leisure environment Experience managing budgets and resources effectively Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment What's On Offer: Salary of £34,000 plus up to 10% annual bonus On-site accommodation available (subject to availability) Career development opportunities within a leading holiday park brand Ongoing training and support Excellent team perks including discounts, free use of facilities, and more For more information on this fantastic opportunity, apply today or speak to jazzy cheryl@boxleisurerecruitment.co.uk
