Payroll Specialist – French or German Speaker
12‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract

Are you a detail‑oriented Payroll professional with experience in multi‑country payrolls and third‑party providers? Join our collaborative HR team and play a key role in ensuring accurate, compliant and on‑time payroll delivery.
What you’ll do:
* Support and oversee payroll operations across Central Europe, with a primary focus on Belgium and the Netherlands.
* Process payroll in partnership with external providers across multiple countries.
* Ensure payroll accuracy, statutory compliance, and timely salary payments.
* Manage daily payroll administration and monthly payroll approvals.
* Partner closely with HR, Finance, and external payroll vendors.
About you:
* Fluent French or German speaker (Required).
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in payroll (any country).
* Hands‑on experience with Belgian and/or Dutch payroll is a strong advantage.
* Solid experience in payroll administration and operational support.
* Strong knowledge of payroll processing, statutory requirements, and compliance.
