As Reception Team Leader, you will take ownership of delivering a premium client-facing service, overseeing front of house and switchboard operations for a high-profile banking client.

Acting as a key ambassador for ISS, the facilities team, and our client, you’ll play a crucial role in elevating the workplace experience and representing the very best of service excellence.
Lead and manage the front of house team, ensuring exceptional visitor experience
Handle team recruitment, induction, training, and ongoing performance management
Act as a point of escalation for client and visitor queries or complaints
Ability to lead by example and support team development
