? What You’ll Do:
* Lead and support execution of sell-side M&A mandates
* Build and review financial models, forecasts, and valuations
* Prepare high-quality pitch materials, IMs, and presentations
* Conduct strategic and financial due diligence
* Collaborate directly with clients, investors, and internal stakeholders
* Guide and mentor junior team members
What We’re Looking For:
* 4–6 years of M&A experience in FIG – Insurance (from advisory, banking, Big 4, or corporate development)
* Solid deal execution background with strong financial skills
* Proficient in valuation techniques, financial modelling, and market analysis
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* A collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset with a solutions-driven approach
* Passion for building relationships and driving impactful outcomes
