An opportunity has arisen for a Payroll Administrator in Sprowston, on the outskirts of Norwich. Full time, flexible working pattern, on-site working. • Processing monthly payroll end to end • Processing workplace pension scheme • Processing benefits in kind and producing P11Ds • Processing financial year end and producing P60s • Managing and implementing national minimum wage and national living wage increases • Producing statutory letters for maternity/paternity/pay increases etc • Providing information and answering employee queries with regards to payroll • Assisting the Group HR Director in maintaining concise and accurate HR personnel files • Support with payroll journals and reconciliations • Other HR and accounting duties Skills required: • Excellent organisational skills • Self-motivated and a good communicator • Attention to detail, professionalism and confidentiality • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision (following training and handover) • Up-to-date knowledge of payroll processes and legislation Experience required (preferable but not essential depending on the applicant): • Experience of running monthly payroll end to end • Knowledge of Sage 50 Cloud Payroll or a similar payroll system • Knowledge of a P11D software package • Confident and experienced in using Excel To appl...
