The Role
Working consultatively with healthcare professionals across operating rooms, theatres, central sterile services departments (CSSD), and endoscopy suites. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling a range of high-quality products and solutions, as well as managing instrument and equipment repair services within a portfolio of infection prevention devices and services.
This role involves a 70/30 split between new business development and account management within NHS and private hospitals. Key contacts will include theatre staff, procurement teams, sterile services departments (SSD), EBME and service departments. Full company and product training is provided, with strong career progression and earning potential.

Requirements
6. Candidates will ideally have at least 5 years' NHS sales experience
7. Theatre / surgical sales experience will enhance your application
8. Full UK driving licence (maximum of six points)
The Package for Territory Manager
9. Basic salary: £35,000 - £46,000
10. Commission: 35%+ uncapped
11. Car: Hybrid company car
