Job Description
3. Prepare monthly management accounts, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow analysis
4. Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting with clear commentary on variances and performance
5. Support budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with key stakeholders
6. Analyse financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve business performance
7. Partner with operational teams to provide financial insight and support decision making
8. Assist with month end and year end processes, ensuring compliance with internal controls
9. Monitor costs and support cost control initiatives across the business
10. Support audit processes and liaise with external auditors where required
11. Improve financial processes, systems, and reporting where possible
The Successful Applicant
A successful Management Accountant should have:
12. A solid background in accounting and finance
13. Strong knowledge of financial reporting and budgeting processes.
14. Advanced Excel
15. An ability to analyse financial data and provide actionable insights.
16. Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
17. A focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
