As an Enhanced Clinical Practitioner, you will be a confident clinical leader, able to work flexibly and make clinical decisions in a fast-paced environment. You will provide supervision, consultation, and guidance to CAMHS clinicians and other agencies, supporting families across Dorset.
Our team offers an exciting and varied role that supports your development as a clinical leader. The service is entering an exciting phase of growth, with new investments and changes. As a result, this role will evolve as the service develops. You may initially support existing teams while new structures are launched, offering a great opportunity to broaden your understanding, grow your skills, and shape the future of our service. We seek adaptable, positive individuals who thrive in change and are excited to help build our service.
As an Enhanced Clinical Practitioner, you will deliver high-quality, person-centered care in accordance with the Thrive model. You will undertake independent assessments and manage service users, considering psychological and developmental factors, and make complex clinical decisions regarding management and outcomes.
You will confidently provide advanced clinical advice, leadership, and support to the wider team, ensuring the service's needs are met. You will also act as a point of contact for other agencies.
You will manage change, monitor and improve standards through supervision, evidence-based practice, clinical audits, research, and education. Promoting and demonstrating best practices by integrating evidence into your work will be essential.
You will oversee patient flow, ensuring clinical decisions are guided by biopsychosocial formulations, with clear treatment plans, goals, and evaluation processes for psychological interventions.
