What you’ll be doing:
* Review and update existing contracts i.e. Planned and reactive Maintenance, Cleaning, Catering, Grounds maintenance, and Physical Security
* Explain terms and conditions of sub-contractors to managers and interested parties
* Ensure that employees understand and comply with company contracts
* Analyse potential risks involved with specific contract terms
* Stay up-to date with legislative changes and coordinate with the centralised procurement
* Maintain organised system of physical and digital records
* Create language standards for existing and new contracts
* Identify opportunities for improvement
* Manage Internal Stakeholders such as Site Services Teams, Employees, Line Managers
* Create a performance framework for each preferred supplier
Your skills and experiences:
Proven work experience as a contracts support, administration or relevant role
Experience of establishing/ maintaining Continuous Improvement Methodology, ensuring contracts are aligned, following the 5s standards
Awareness of contractual tender and benchmarking processes and understanding of KPI’s/ SLA requirements involved within contracts
Excellent organisational/ time management skills and communication skills across internal and external stakeholders
Familiarity with basic accounting procedures

The Site Services team:
The Site Services Delivery Coordinator will support the Site Services Teams to ensure appropriate contracts are in place and delivered upon with the relevant suppliers. The focus of this role is to ensure value for money for BAE Systems. The role will also include support to the Site Transformation enabling works programme. Following this the focus will be on establishing a best value position for the site transformation project at Rochester. You will be working closely with the Facilities Management Team, Site Transformation Team and the Security Team. You will assist the Head of Site Services with the Contract Management of each sub-contractor. You will achieve this by providing administrative support and guidance on all aspects of contractual management, Auditing and Call of agreement policies.
