Waverley Education Foundation (WEF) is a Multi‑Academy Trust operating Waverley School and Waverley Studio College, with approximately 2,000 pupils on roll across the trust. The Trust develops, brokers and delivers a range of services that support learning, leadership, management and improve outcomes for children and young people.
Waverley School is an all‑through school for pupils aged 4‑19, and Waverley Studio College is a specialist academy catering for 14‑to‑19‑year‑old students. Both sites were graded ‘Good’ in their recent Ofsted inspections.
About the Role
You will be based at Waverley School and undertake Behaviour and Culture responsibilities matched to your skills. The role is a senior leadership position that complements the existing Vice Principal role, offering an opportunity to inspire a strong learning culture across the Trust.

* Provide strong, focused and professional leadership. Foster positive relationships with students, staff, parents, carers and the local community. Promote excellent standards of teaching and positive attitudes to learning. Ensure a rise in academic achievement. Uphold the inclusive principles that are integral to our ethos.
Qualifications & Requirements
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate an outstanding track record to date, be highly motivated and passionate about making a difference to the lives of young people, and possess the ability to inspire and motivate staff and students. The person must meet the requirements of the person specification and will be subject to an enhanced DBS check.
