They’re on the lookout for an experienced and motivated Sales Ledger Controller to be an integral part of their finance team.
Your new role
As a key member of the finance team, you’ll take full ownership of the sales ledger—working closely with both internal departments and external clients to ensure efficient debt recovery and smooth financial operations.Key Responsibilities:
1. Generate accurate proforma invoices
2. Collaborate across internal departments regarding invoicing and payment matters
3. Perform cash book maintenance and bank reconciliations
4. Post and allocate iing payments
5. Support payroll processing
6. Assist the Financial Controller with cost sheets and journal entries
7. Contribute to other accounting tasks and provide holiday cover across the finance team
What you'll need to succeed
We’re seeking a confidentmunicator with a natural ability to build rapport and resolve queries with ease. You’ll need to be a team player who’sfortable liaising with a wide range of stakeholders and delivering results in a fast-paced environment. You should also have:
8. Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
9. Flexible, adaptable, and able to thrive under pressure.
10. Proven experience in Sales Ledger and Credit Control
11. Strong IT proficiency, especially in Excel
