We are looking for an organised and pro-active individual to provide comprehensive administrative and customer service support across a portfolio of managed properties. The role ensures effective maintenance coordination, statutory compliance, contractor management, and clear communication with leaseholders, residents, and directors. Previous block management experience is not essential for the role.
Key Duties
* Log, track, and coordinate reactive and planned maintenance
* Obtain quotations, schedule works, arrange access, and notify leaseholders of works
* Manage contractors, onboarding, compliance, and insurance
* Maintain property records, compliance logs, key logs, and management systems
* Assist with site inspections, remedial actions, and escalate urgent issues
* Act as first point of contact for resident and leaseholder enquiries and complaints
* Draft and issue resident communications; maintain communication records
* Maintain statutory registers and file Companies House submissions
* Manage director appointments, resignations, and share/membership changes
* Co-ordinate insurance renewals across property and management policies
* Support onboarding and offboarding of managed blocks
* Provide general administrative support as required
