Wholesale OOH Business Manager

Shape the Future of Wholesale at Freja
Freja is the UK's leading bone broth brand, and a rapidly growing success story, hitting an 8-figure run rate only a few years after launching.
We've historically been a DTC business but that's changing rapidly as we move into new channels.
In grocery and high street channels we're stocked in Tesco, Holland & Barrett, Whole Foods, Ocado, with more account coming online every quarter.
But the wholesale channel has been given limited support, and OOH/foodservice remains untouched, with the entire distributor model turning reaching 7-figure turnover largely passively.
That's where you come in.
This isn't a traditional SNAM role focused only on existing accounts. It's a commercial build role designed for someone who wants to own the channel strategy, grow a network, and think creatively about where Freja belongs. You'll have plenty scope to shape the playbook and make a real impact.
What You'll Be Doing
* Build and own the wholesale growth strategy
, covering D2R and D2C pull-through
* Develop our national distributor network
, expanding by region (e.g. Scotland) and by specialism (e.g. Health Stores)
* Enable and support distributor partners
, ensuring their sales teams are trained, excited, and incentivised to promote Freja
* Identify key end-retailers
(e.g. Whole Foods) and build direct relationships to increase sell-out
* Identify new business categories
whether that's coffee shops, fitness studios, or professional kitchens, the Freja product range has untapped potential
* Collaborate across the business
working with Ops, Marketing, and Finance to ensure stock, visibility, and smart spend
* Coach and support junior team members
as the wholesale function scales
* Track and report on performance
, helping guide decisions on promo plans, pricing, and growth investments
What We're Looking For
* Wholesale + OOH experience with energy and hustle
you've managed accounts, led growth plans, and know how to win new business
* A strong commercial mindset
confident with pricing, forecasting, and negotiation
* Natural communicator
warm, credible, and trusted by buyers, partners and internal teams
* Creative problem-solver
able to think beyond traditional grocery and unlock new channels for Freja
* Collaborative operator
someone who'll get stuck in, spot opportunities, and shape what this channel looks like
* Bonus points for:
