We are currently looking for an Installation Manager to join our Visual Arts team on a full‑time, permanent basis.
As an Installation Manager, you will be the technical project manager for at least one large visual art project per year, responsible for the planning, installation, de‑installation and maintenance of the project. You will be an experienced art handler or visual art technician with experience of leading large teams of technicians on a project basis.

The annual salary stated is based on the Full‑Time Equivalent (40 hours per week). If the job is part‑time, the weekly hours will be stated within the advert.

Key Responsibilities
* Project manage all technical aspects of your allocated visual art projects.
* Lead on planning of installation/deinstallation of visual art projects, developing in‑depth installation schedules.
* Provide detailed costs for production, fabrication and maintenance, advising the curatorial team on the level of budgets required.
Skills & Experience
* Significant experience of technical project management.
* Experience of managing large teams of art technicians including supervising freelance technicians.
* Proven experience in developing creative solutions to technical challenges.
* Working knowledge of H&S legislation and CDM regulations.
