⚡️ Lead stakeholder engagement to capture, assess and refine business requirements
⚡️ Develop business cases, challenge assumptions, and identify strategic outcomes
⚡️ Collaborate with partners to design best-in-class architecture solutions
⚡️ Support acceptance and integration of new systems or process solutions
⚡️ Govern the consistency of requirements through the full delivery lifecycle
⚡️ Facilitate workshops and reviews across multiple business units and functions
⚡️ Identify and implement continuous improvement across architecture domains
⚡️ Contribute to RFI/ITT activities and support executive-level decision making
Qualifications
Essential Skills
Experience delivering business architecture in regulated or complex environments
Proficient in business process analysis and modelling methods
Strong stakeholder management, influence and facilitation skills
Knowledge of licence conditions and regulatory IT implications (e.g. ONR/CNS)
Familiarity with IT system development and integration in critical industries
Skilled in developing investment cases and translating benefits into value
Experience using formal delivery methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2)
Strong communication and documentation skills, especially with senior leadership
✔️ Desired Skills
✔️ TOGAF or Business Architecture certification
✔️ Experience working in nuclear or asset-intensive sectors
✔️ Understanding of engineering-business interface and strategic transformation
✔️ Familiarity with scoring models, RFI/ITT processes
✔️ Strategic thinking and problem-solving across multidisciplinary environments
