Location: Balgove Larder, St Andrews
Hours: Flexible, including evenings and weekends
Contract: Permanent
As we move from our winter opening hours into a busy summer season, were looking to grow our kitchen teams across both our Café and Steak Barn. Were seeking enthusiastic chefs of all levels who enjoy working with high-quality local produce in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
Whether youre experienced or looking to develop your skills, this is a great opportunity to be part of a well-established and respected food business.
What Youll Be Doing:
Preparing and cooking dishes to a consistently high standard
Supporting smooth day-to-day kitchen operations
Working across different sections depending on experience
Assisting with preparation and service
Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness
Working collaboratively with the wider kitchen and front of house teams
Contributing to a positive and efficient working environment
What Were Looking For:
Previous kitchen experience is beneficial but not essential
Passion for good food and quality ingredients
Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
