Find out more at. Job Description The Marketing and Communications Co-Ordinator will be based in our Belfast office, with occasional travel to Portadown. This is a new role within our dynamic, energetic and friendly Bid and Marketing Team, and will be pivotal to Irwin M&Es ongoing growth and success. The role comes with a defined progression plan for the successful candidate to progress to the role of Marketing and Communications Manager in approximately 3 years (dependant on experience), subject to successfully meeting objectives. The job role will include: Developing and overseeing the delivery of the company Marketing Strategy within budget Demonstrating a strong understanding of the company brand and applying it consistently across all touchpoints Creating outputs that are not only visually strong, but strategically aligned with brand guidelines and objectives Overseeing all internal and external communication, ensuring consistency in line with brand guidelines and objectives Updating and maintaining company website and social media channels, including graphic design/content creation Design and development of all marketing collateral, e.g. brochures, branded promotional items, etc. Maintaining and updating project/case study database, including site attendance to collate imagery/videography Monitoring of analytics across company website and social media channels to identify trends and ensure continuous improvement Working with third parties as required, e.g. web developers, photographers, etc. Organising and attending events and trade shows Market research and development of new markets to aid company growth strategy, e.g., Energy and Renewables, etc. Working with the Commercial and Bid Teams to maximise lead generation Essential Criteria Hold a third-level Business/Marketing degree, or similar Excellent time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines Excellent personal organisation, honesty, communication, ownership, reliability and dependability Excellent attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills to create meaningful reciprocal relationships with both colleagues and clients Ability to work on own initiative Ability to demonstrate good team ethos Full driving licence IT literate, e.g., proficient in MS Word, Outlook, Excel or similar Desirable Criteria Whilst not essential, it would be advantageous for the candidate to have: Previous experience within the construction/FM/mechanical/electrical industry Have a minimum 3 years experience in a similar role Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software Experience in managing Wordpress websites The Company Offers Ongoing training and development opportunities Working alongside experts in their field Health cash plan including compensation for dentistry and optical well being Enhanced maternity and paternity leave Additional holiday increase with length of service Team building and activity days Monthly employee value-based recognition award monetary gift Health, wellbeing and social calendar of events Long service awards Enhanced marriage leave Holiday sell back scheme Kingsbridge Membership Club We are a Responsible Body for AccessNI.
