Location: Newbury
Hours per Week: 39 hours
Shift pattern: Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends, to be discussed further at interview.
Salary: £34,350 per annum, plus generous bonus scheme.

* Ensure store standards are maintained at all times.
* Follow audit processes and uphold high customer service and sales standards.
* Lead your team to success, encouraging growth and aspiration.
* Build connections with the local community and represent the brand.
* Manage day‑to‑day operations, including staff scheduling and inventory.
* Maintain a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

* 2+ years of retail management experience.
* Ability to thrive in a rewarding, fast‑paced environment.
