Salary: £31,650 – £49,084 per annum (depending on experience)

Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and creative lessons in your subject specialism
Support students of varying abilities and backgrounds
Use data and assessment tools to track pupil progress
Participate in departmental meetings and whole-school initiatives
Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment
Collaborate with colleagues to share ideas and best practices
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or completion of teacher training by Sept 2025
Passionate about teaching and committed to student development
Strong communication and organisational skills
Willingness to take part in CPD opportunities
A positive attitude and growth mindset
