We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed EYFS Class Teacher to join our inclusive and high-achieving primary school in Nottingham, from January 2026. This is a permanent position, open to full-time and part-time applicants, with the potential for a TLR for subject or phase leadership for the right candidate.

The Role
Position: EYFS Class Teacher
Location: Nottingham
Start Date: January 2026
Contract: Permanent – Full-Time or Part-Time Considered
TLR: Available for Subject or Phase Leadership (for the right candidate)
As our EYFS Teacher, you will:
* Lead a motivated EYFS class, supporting the early development of literacy, numeracy, and social skills
* Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons that inspire curiosity and confidence
* Assess learning effectively to ensure all pupils make strong progress
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture where every child feels valued and supported
* Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff to promote high standards across the school
* (If applicable) Take on a subject or phase leadership role as part of a TLR opportunity
What We’re Looking For
We welcome applications from teachers who:
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Have experience teaching in EYFS
* Possess a strong understanding of early years curriculum and developmentally appropriate practice
* Are reflective practitioners with excellent communication and organisational skills
* Demonstrate creativity, enthusiasm, and a commitment to inclusion
* Thrive in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment
* Are open to taking on subject or phase leadership responsibilities (if seeking a TLR)
