Position: Community Fundraiser Location: Cambridge / Hybrid (minimum two days per week in the office) Salary: £26,000- £28,000 per annum (depending on experience) plus a great benefits package! Youll: Engage individuals, schools, and community groups to maximise fundraising income Support fundraisers in memory, challenge events, and community campaigns Help launch major fundraising projects for our new cancer and childrens hospitals Ensure supporters feel valued with outstanding stewardship and gratitude Track, analyse, and optimise engagement to maximise fundraising impact Youll work closely with the Community Fundraising Manager and other colleagues to ensure the programme delivers real results for patients. About You With previous experience of working in a similar fundraising role within a charity or not-for-profit organisation, youre someone who: Loves building relationships and inspiring people to support life-changing causes Can work independently while thriving in a collaborative team Has excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail Is enthusiastic, positive, and empathetic Has strong numeracy and is confident using Microsoft Office For this role a driving licence and access to vehicle is essential.
