The role
We're hunting for an Account Manager to join our lightning-fast Comms team. You'll be the driving force behind integrated retainers and campaigns that don't just make noise – they move the needle.
You'll be:
* Crafting killer PR strategies that actually deliver
* Masterminding quarterly digital PR story plans that journalists can't ignore
* Pitching stories that land in both consumer and B2B media
* The client's go-to person (the one they actually want to hear from)
* Juggling multiple moving parts without dropping the ball
* Mentoring junior team members and helping them level up

You're someone who gets genuinely excited about creative stories and campaigns and can turn a brief into brilliance.
Here's what we're looking for:
* Experience in an agency environment running PR accounts with creative campaigns, or you're a digital PR pro who understands how PR drives SEO results. Bonus points if you've got both in your toolkit.
* You approach every brief with curiosity and aren't afraid to push boundaries. You see stories everywhere and know how to make them impossible to ignore.
* You don't just deliver coverage – you deliver the
right
coverage. And when something isn't working, you're the first to pivot the strategy.
* Clients trust you because you give them smart counsel that builds their confidence in both you and the agency. You're the kind of person they actually look forward to hearing from.
* You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can keep multiple plates spinning without losing your cool.
* You share our beliefs about what great communications should achieve and how we should treat each other along the way.
