Responsibilities
1. Working with Design Authority to develop fit-for-purpose processes
2. Facilitating internal audits (monthly, quarterly, yearly)
3. Weekly progress reporting
4. Processing Lot 3 demands
5. Investigating and developing the use of Power BI for reporting Government Furnished Equipment
6. Assisting in the development of the document hub
7. Collaborating with waterfront Design Authorities to create maintenance schedules
8. Researching new methods for maintenance, repair, and refurbishment
9. Supporting the development of the Primavera P6 planning tool (pending a query on the required expertise level)
10. Enhancing efficiencies in handling Portable Submarine Support Equipment
11. Continuous improvement activities, including benchmarking and 5S
