About the Role
As a Live-In Carer, you will live with and care for a client on a one-to-one basis, supporting them in daily activities and creating a nurturing home environment. Each assignment is tailored to match your skills with the client's specific needs, ensuring the best outcomes for both.
You will follow a scheduled rota (e.g., 2, 4, or 6 weeks) and provide up to 10 hours of daily care, with ample rest and support from our team.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide consistent, live-in care and companionship to one client or a couple
* Assist with daily routines such as personal care, mobility, bathing, and toileting
* Support clients with conditions like dementia, stroke, or Parkinson’s disease
* Administer medication as required
* Manage household tasks: cooking, cleaning, laundry, and shopping
* Follow a person-centered care plan developed for the client’s specific needs
Qualifications & Requirements
* Prior experience as a care assistant or support worker in residential, domiciliary, or family settings
* Compassionate, reliable, and adaptable personality
* Willingness to live in a client’s home for the rota duration
* Fluent English communication skills
* Must submit an up-to-date CV/Resume
Visa Sponsorship

Salary & Benefits
* Salary: £27,000 – £36,000 per annum (dependent on rota and experience)
