Pastoral Support Assistant
to join a Dorset school on a long-term basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on supporting young peoples wellbeing and helping them overcome emotional, social, or behavioural challenges.
One-to-one pastoral support in class
Helping students manage challenges and improve wellbeing
Building positive relationships and encouraging engagement
Supporting the wider school team
Minimum 1 years experience with children/young people (UK)
Up-to-date safeguarding training (or willing to complete)
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
Two recent child-related references
