What you'll be doing:
As a Housing Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality housing services. Your responsibilities will include:
* managing direct debit processes and rent control tasks
* handling low-level rent arrears and processing refunds
* supporting tenancy management team including mutual exchanges, name changes, and tenancy queries
* assisting with the voids and lettings process – from receiving keys to creating tenancy agreements
* responding to housing enquiries and maintaining accurate records
What we're looking for:
* proven admin experience, ideally in housing or local government
* excellent communication and organisational skills
* ability to work independently and as part of a team

Additional information
Satisfactory clearance of a Basic Disclosure and Barring check (DBS) will be a condition of employment.
