Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance & Data Administrator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about working with numbers and enjoys using data to solve problems and create clear, concise reports. While this is an entry-level position, your strong data skills and a proactive, inquisitive mindset will be key to your success.You will be a crucial part of the finance function, responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data. You will also have the opportunity to assist with payment inquiries and other administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Data Analysis & Reporting: Regularly review financial data for trends and discrepancies. Prepare and present clear, easy-to-understand reports to highlight key insights for the team.
* Financial Administration: Assist with day-to-day finance tasks, including processing payment inquiries, managing records, and preparing documentation for audits.
* Problem-Solving: Investigate payment issues and other financial queries. Use your analytical skills to trace problems, find solutions, and communicate them effectively.
* System & Process Support: Help maintain and improve our finance systems and processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
* Future Growth: This role has the potential for future responsibilities, including assisting with financial forecasting and supplier reconciliations.
