ABOUT THE ROLE
As a P6 Planner, you will play a vital role in supporting the successful delivery of complex infrastructure projects. You’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules using Primavera P6, working closely with project managers and engineers to ensure timelines, resources, and key milestones are aligned. You will monitor progress, identify risks, and proactively adjust plans to keep projects on track. Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6
– Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, deliverables, and timelines
– Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly
– Identify risks and provide mitigation strategies
– Conduct performance analysis and recommend schedule optimisations
– Communicate schedule updates and milestones to all stakeholders
– Provide scheduling expertise and advice to the wider team
REQUIREMENTS
– Proven experience as a P6 Planner or similar scheduling role
– Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 software
– Strong understanding of project planning and management principles
– Excellent communication and analytical skills
– Ability to liaise with a range of technical and non-technical stakeholders
– High attention to detail and time management
– Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent preferred
– Certifications such as PMI-SP or PSP are advantageous
