We are looking to recruit Clinical Support Workers who are eager for new challenges and professional growth. Our Emergency Departments are busy and offer experience across Majors, Minors, Resus, Triage, Paediatrics, and the Clinical Decision Unit. We are a friendly, integrated, and welcoming team.
The role will be to provide delegated clinical procedures such as insertion/removal of cannula, venepuncture, wound assessment and simple dressings, and removal of urinary catheters. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities
* Provide delegated clinical tasks in the Emergency Department, including cannula insertion/removal, venepuncture, wound assessment and simple dressings, and removal of urinary catheters.
* Complete induction programme including Trust statutory and mandatory training.
* Work effectively as part of a team, use initiative, and demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Participate in mentorship and clinical supervision; contribute to a supportive environment and ongoing professional development.
Qualifications & Requirements
* GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or Functional Skills, plus a Care Certificate and/or NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or an equivalent qualification.
* Experience in hospital settings is desirable but not essential.
* Must be able to work as part of a team, demonstrate initiative, and have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
