Residential Support Worker Full-Time | Permanent

Responsibilities
* Supporting children and young people in their day-to-day lives.
* Building positive and trusting relationships with young people.
* Completing daily recordings, reports, and other required documentation.
* Contributing to care planning and risk assessments.
* Supporting educational, social, and recreational activities.
* Maintaining a safe and nurturing home environment.
* Attending team meetings, supervision sessions, and training events.
* Working collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external professionals.
* Acting as a positive role model for young people and new team members.
* Supporting senior staff and shift leaders in delivering high-quality care.
Training & Development
