We are seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic Human Resources and Cultural Change team.
About The Role
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of a high-value talent acquisition and resourcing service that visibly impacts organisational success. This role involves partnering with hiring managers to deliver effective recruitment campaigns, particularly for hard-to-fill and niche roles. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will also provide candidates with a deep understanding of the organisation, its employee value proposition, and brand.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead and manage key talent acquisition projects and campaigns for hard-to-fill roles
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will collaborate with HR Business Partners and senior managers to develop a full understanding of service area workforce requirements and provide talent acquisition strategies and solutions
About You
The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in talent acquisition, particularly in recruiting for hard-to-fill and niche roles
