Role: IT Support Engineer
Salary: £30,000 per annum

We are a forward-thinking professional services company seeking an IT Support Engineer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is committed to delivering exceptional technical support to both internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide first and second-line technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
* Manage and resolve IT service requests in line with agreed SLAs.
* Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop systems, peripherals, and mobile devices.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Windows, Microsoft 365, and other business applications.
* Maintain accurate documentation of processes, solutions, and asset inventories.
* Support IT projects, including system upgrades, rollouts, and security enhancements.
* Liaise with external vendors and service providers as required.
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in an IT support role (1-3 years preferred).
* Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 suite.
* Basic networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN).
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Relevant IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft, ITIL) are an advantage.
