Are you passionate about training staff who work within our Adults, Health and Social Care services?
Do you have significant and demonstrable experience carrying out care and support assessments, or directly providing care to adults?
We are looking for enthusiastic, dedicated Workforce Development Officers with experience in care assessment and/or care provider services, to deliver a range of learning opportunities that directly support the Adult Social Care sector. If you enjoy designing and delivering engaging learning experiences for a variety of audiences, this could be a great opportunity for you.
You will be part of a multifunctional team delivering learning programmes, collaborating with sector specialists in Adult Social Care Services and supporting digital skills development.
The work will be demanding with the requirement for research, creativity and innovation to help drive the implementation of existing and new programmes but equally rewarding to be part of a team supporting the development of a highly skilled adult social care workforce.
