Senior Digital Analyst
London, hybrid, 3 days in office per week

The Role
• Own and develop digital performance reporting across web and app
• Build and enhance dashboards that track traffic, conversion, and engagement
• Extract and model data to create reliable digital reporting layers
• Define and standardise KPIs across teams
• Produce insight on funnel performance and optimisation opportunities
• Support stakeholders in understanding results and using data in decision‑making
Your Skills and Experience
• Strong SQL capability for querying large datasets
• Experience building dashboards in Power BI or a similar BI tool
• Commercial experience with digital analytics data such as GA4, Adobe or app analytics
• Clear understanding of digital funnels, conversion metrics, and engagement KPIs
• Ability to translate business questions into measurable, actionable outputs
• Confident communicating insight to both technical and non‑technical audiences
